My new doll is a work in progress. To celebrate the Mardi Gras, here is Marie Laveau, The Voodoo Queen of New Orleans.
She will be a complete doll standing about 20 inches tall, not the Make-do pictured here. I hope to finish her soon! Thanks for stopping by!

It's funny to me seeing this 'cause my hubby and I were JUST discussing our waaaayyyy overdue vacation and where to go. We had decided we'd like to visit New Orleans!

I had back surgery on the 17th...I am getting a little better each day. Right now I kinda look like the little voodoo doll from the backside...LOL....Lots of staples!
